| You people also need to eat more healthy. You can\'t expect any pill to "have no side effects" if you are eating poorly. In reality, it is not the pill rather it is the type of food that causes intestinal issues and bad dreams.
Relacore works, but everyone is different. You may need to start with one pill each night and if you need it increase to 2 per night.
My wife has been taken Relacore regular and pm for several years and when she doesn\'t take it regularly we see a significant change. So, she stays on it. |

| Started using Relacore and within 2 days noticed stress reduction and a better mood. No side affects. I purchased a second bottle (after bottle number 1 was finished). Now a week into the second bottle and mood and stress returned to before taking the pill. No change in belly fat after 30 days of taking the pill. Seemed to work at first, then no longer worked. Still taking it, I hoped I reached a plateu, but will not buy a 3rd bottle. |

| I took just one capsule of RelacorePM. The suggested dose is 2 capsules. I slept very hard for 12 hours!!! It was deep REM sleep. I kept waking up the last 4 hours, but could not get up. The dreams I had were very abnormal. Once I did get up....I was not thinking clearly what so ever. This actually caused me anxiety, and an awful headache for the entire day. I was not able to function as normal. There is NO side effect information online that I could find. This just doesn't seem normal. I'm not taking a second chance with it. I would not suggest anyone trying this product. |

| I bought Relacore Diet pill, and within a couple days taking it I had so much lower stomach/Intestinal pain....I wondered if I had an etopic pregnancy! I stopped taking it and the pain went away. Just to be certain it was the Relacore, I tried to take the product again and within 2 days, the pains were back. I was crouched over, it was unbearable! Needless to say I stopped and never took it again. I am not sure why this happened...I did not see any "side effects" posted for this product anywhere. Even on the Relacore website. I was able to return it and get a full refund though! :) |
