Don't give Up, Feb 09, 2007

I found it efective while working out, it gave me an excellent boost. After a couple of weeks I saw an excellent result in reduced body fat and I lost quite a few cm in my thighs. I recommend it, but it takes awhile and you have to exercise and eat properly. |

try something else, Jun 11, 2006

I didn't care for this product either. Like many others I have also have tried other products which have had better success but I thought I would try a better named brand. Anyway, I didn't have any results from it and I did follow the directions according to the package, worked out six days a week, and ate a healthy diet. One good thing was there were no annoying side affects, just hotter than usual and sometimes you would get a burning sensation in your mouth which quickly goes away, probably from the cayenne. All and all I would try something else because I don't plan on buying another bottle just finishing the onw I have. |

Minimal results, Apr 14, 2006

I got these at my gym for only $10 and I was excited because I had decent results from another product that I bought from GNC. These being less expensive I was optimistic that they would work great. I was doing the Body For Life program and felt that ESA the sponsor for BFL would make a great supplement. I did not have any major side effects but also did not see any major results that I could hang on this product. I am finishing the bottle today. |

Didn't work for me., Apr 02, 2005

I've tried several "fat burners" on occasion to boost my training & gave this a try. The Good: It didn't make me jittery like some other products (I'm not a pitch man so I won't mention names), even when I took the max dose (3 pills twice a day). The Bad: I followed the instructions & think what I lost was mostly due to diet and excercise & not this product. The Ugly: a dose has 35K scoville units of Cayenne pepper heat. You won't taste it, but I "felt" it the next day, especially the 1st morning after I took it (but in fairness, only 2 or 3 times total) like a spicy Mexican meal feels and I like spicy food. Bottom line? I've had better results with other products. It was as helpfull as a small cup of black coffee in the morning. No extraordinary results here. |
