I have tried many different types of creatines and found this to be(in my opinion) the most beneficial. If you are going to take a creatine, then try to get micronized because it is absorbed better in muscles. |

This is a pretty good product. I have used lots of different creatine products and decided to buy a plain old original creatine product and found this one. Its great, mixes with anything and doesnt taste at all! I have used it for about two and a half weeks and have been lifting really hard. I have already gained 10 lbs on my bench max. If you deciede on this product, be sure to drink lots of water....and in the first week...take 4-6 teaspoons daily and after that week just take 2-4 teaspoons. Remember to take one immideatly after your workout. |

"Creatine is just for aesthetics." Yes creatine draws extra water into your muscles but you don't loose all the muscle you gained after you stop taking it. Now if you stopped taking it and stopped lifting then you would loose what you gained. Creatine allows you to train a little harder and little longer allowing you pump out those couple extra reps. Leading to more muscle gain. I've been using this for about a month now and have seen good results with this creatine. Being micronized it mixes very well. I think this one the better monohydrates out there. Plus it's cheap. I got 200 servings online for about $25. Be sure to drink lots of water while taking this. |

This is a good product.. but all creatine does is put water in the muscles.. it doesnt build them up really.. once you stop taking it and the water drains out... you lose muscle size
its all for aesthetics |

Lets start off with measurements. 6'0, 215 lbs, medium build. This stuff packs on size at least from what I've noticed 8 - 12 lbs of solid size. I used it for about 18 months, cycling on and off. If your stomach is sensitive then this is your answer. Its tasteless and order less, normally just toss a scoop in with each protein shake. I did notice slight constipation after long-term use, but I'll take it over muscle size any day. =) KEEP PUMPING IRON!!! |

yeah, i started taking creatine about 2 weeks ago.. followed instructions to a cue.. took a teaspoon full 4 times a day at 4 hour intervals, with cranberry juice(increases effectiveness).. then i took 2 times a day (one half hour before workout and then again either after workout or 12 hours later.. whichever i felt like. i drank like a camel and pissed like a racehorse.. i gained like 3-5 pounds after a week on it.. which was prob mostly water weight.. i went up a little bit in all my areas of working out.. but i dont really think it supersized my workouts.. but it did help A LITTLE. my muscles are a little bulkier but not massive. hopefully if i start taking a protein with it.. i will see future gainss. |
